Covid-19 Updates

UPDATE 3 - Thursday March 30TH, 2020

Custom orders may be delayed.. In an effort to reduce costs and the risk of spreading Covid-19 we are only operating the shop 3 days a week. 

Shipping is still happening 5 days a week.

UPDATE 2 - Thursday March 19th, 2020

Just wanted to give you another update on our efforts to keep ourselves and our customers safe from covid-19.

Currently we are about 2 days behind on orders.

Until further notice we no longer allow visits to our shop, we will make arrangements for any current local pickups.

We have been self isolating since March 14th and will continue to do so until we are told health officials it is safe to continue as normal.

UPDATE 1 - Friday March 13th, 2020

We wanted to give you a quick update on what we are doing for the covid-19 pandemic.

We are told covid-19 can only remain in materials we use or ship with for a few hours.

Our last wood order arrived March 12th (we will try and hold off another order for 3 weeks) it sat outside covered for 24 hours before it is brought into the shop.

All packing materials , boxes etc have all been in stock for a minimum of a week and we will be sure nothing is shipped we have not had in our possession for at least a week.

Any returns can be processed as per our terms and conditions, but it will take an extra few days to process. We will be leaving all packages in a locked box for 24 hours before bringing it into the office.

We are limiting our exposure outside of our offices and as always customer visits to the shop are by appointment only.

We are doing everything we can to try and protect our staff and customers.

At this point there should be no delays in any orders currently in the queue.
